Warm Swisspacer spacer
SWISSPACER spacers offer the lowest thermal conductivity coefficient and great design freedom. Windows equipped with SWISSPACER frames retain their insulating properties permanently. This saves energy and reduces costs. The Swisspacer warm frame increases the temperature at the edge of the glass, as a result of which the risk of condensation on the glass inside the room is reduced.
A warm transport bench under the window
The connection between the window sill and the window is the weakest point of the window opening. Customers feel a breath of cool air. The inner window sill is also cold and damp. This is caused by the connection of the window with the sill, even if the connection is expertly made. This is because a standard window ledge does not provide thermal insulation. As a solution to this problem, we use a warm under-sill bench technology filled with polyurethane foam that provides thermal insulation.
Reinforced steel
For windows in the CT70 and Living systems, we use:
a) reinforced steel in the frame (type closed reinforcement 1.5 mm, regardless of the size of the structure)
b) reinforced steel in the sashes in horizontal sections (type C 2.0mm-2.5mm depending on the size of the structure)
Windows made of good-quality PVC profiles as well as glass and fittings can be used for forty years or more. For this reason, in order to maintain the appropriate statics of increasingly larger structures, we use increased reinforcement in the above-mentioned elements in our windows in order to ensure the longest possible trouble-free use of the windows by our customers.
Excellent weld quality
We use a V-type weld with a small width. In addition, we cut the foil on sections of the profiles in the place of welding, although the process is labour-intensive, we believe that it has a very positive effect on the aesthetics of the finish of the welds in veneered windows.
Schüco or Hoppe aluminum door handles
Our experience shows that handles should be made of durable materials. We use aluminium handles, which, in our opinion, are significantly superior to plastic handles in terms of aesthetics. Our aluminium nadles also have additional mechanisms that make it easier to both open and close the window without the need for force, as well as locking mechanisms.
Octagonal, anti-burglary mushrooms mounted in the leaf
They have the shape of an eccentric, which ensures easy and independent adjustment of the pressure force of the sash against the frame depending on the season and the temperature outside (so-called summer-winter adjustment).
Minimum 4 Winkhaus SBS anti-burglary catches in the leaf
Cooperating with the octagonal mushrooms on the leaf, they constitute the basic protection and security of the house against burglary.
Good handle protection is enough to stop accidental burglars. Professionals, however, will not give up easily and will try to undermine the entire hardware, which is why our windows are equipped with Winkhaus SBS anti-burglary catches.
Multi-stage window tilt
Enables controlled ventilation by selecting several levels of opening the window sash.
Blockade of incorrect position of the handle with a lift
It protects the window sash against unhooking caused by improper handling of the window handle, and the lift integrated with it facilitates closing the window and fitting together the hardware elements on the frame and sash.
Roller ramp
It ensures smooth closing of wide and heavy window sashes of large dimensions – used as a standard in all balcony sashes as well as in other constructions where the width of the sash exceeds 1250 mm.
Lower frame groove seal
It protects the lower section of the fitting groove in the frame against dust accumulation and improves the aesthetics of the window frame by matching the seal to the color of the core.
Transport handles
Our windows are equipped with transport handles that help customers unload windows from the racks.
Each window is professionally secured for transport with stretch foil.
Our Partners are entitled on one window of their choice per year (excluding HS EasySlide and LivingSlide systems and curved sections of windows) to cut the PVC profile (frame, sash or mullion) to check the thickness of the steel reinforcements used in the windows and our company will deliver the window to the Partner at our expense to replace the slit window with a new one.
They are characterised by excellent thermal properties as well as high stability and durability, partly due to the use of robust steel profiles with thick walls placed inside the frame (closed steel) and the sash (additionally bent steel). As a result, the windows continue to operate reliably even after many years of use and are appreciated by their users.
Corona CT 70 captivates with its timeless line and slim profile structure. Two different stylistic versions, Classic and Rondo, as well as a wide range of veneer colours provide exceptional freedom in interior and facade design.
Windows made in the Corona CT 70 system can be freely combined with entrance doors, sliding doors, maintaining perfect system and architectural consistency.
Due to the very good parameters of thermal protection, it is used in low-energy and even passive construction. The durability of the Living 82 system components used can ensure even 30 years of comfort and safety for our home.
It is worth emphasizing the developed and applied solution with three sealing planes (MD), which meets the requirements of the German Institute of Window Technology ift Rosenheim for passive construction.
