{"id":2285,"date":"2023-01-09T12:44:33","date_gmt":"2023-01-09T11:44:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndo24.pl\/rodo\/"},"modified":"2023-02-20T20:53:21","modified_gmt":"2023-02-20T19:53:21","slug":"rodo","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ndo24.pl\/en\/rodo\/","title":{"rendered":"Rodo"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Personal data &#8211; we process in accordance with the GDPR<\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<p>INFORMATION CLAUSE<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We would like to inform you that in connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018 of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation &#8211; Official Journal of the EU L 119 &#8211; hereinafter: GDPR) Nowy Dom Okna Sp. z o. o. ensures the standards of protection and proper handling of personal data set out in these regulations. According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the GDPR, we inform the persons whose data the Company has at its disposal that:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullets\">\n<li>Nowy Dom Okna Sp. z o. o. registered office: 64-800 Chodziez, ul. Siejaka 29 is the Administrator of Personal Data, which the Company acquired as a result of contracts and pre-contractual activities concluded with you, issuing invoices, maintaining correspondence, substantive handling of applications, requests and complaints sent to us.<\/li>\n<li>Your personal data referred to above have been, are and will be processed by Nowy Dom Okna Sp. z o.o., as the Data Administrator, only for the purposes specified in the provisions of civil and economic law.<\/li>\n<li>Legal grounds for admissibility of processing by Nowy Dom Okna Sp. z o. o. concerning your data are based on the above-mentioned legal provisions (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) and on the necessity to perform contracts concluded with the Company (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). In cases requiring it, the Company will seek your consent to the processing of data for a clearly declared purpose, subject to the possibility of easy withdrawal of consent by the person who previously expressed it (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Nowy Dom Okna Sp. z o. o. declares that in certain factual situations it will process your personal data on the basis of the premise of necessity permitted by the GDPR for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Data Administrator or by a third party (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Examples of the purposes of such processing will include:<\/li>\n<li>use of video monitoring to ensure the safety of people and property in specific facilities located on the premises belonging to the Company,<\/li>\n<li>marketing of own services and promoting the Company&#8217;s activities and new initiatives among customers related to it with contracts,<\/li>\n<li>pursuing claims for business activity.<\/li>\n<li>Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making by Nowy Dom Okna Sp. z o.o., including profiling.<\/li>\n<li>Persons whose data the Company processes have the following rights:<\/li>\n<li>access to your data and receive a copy thereof,<\/li>\n<li>rectification (correction) of data,<\/li>\n<li>deletion of data (in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR),<\/li>\n<li>to restrict data processing,<\/li>\n<li>to transfer data (in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 20 of the GDPR),<\/li>\n<li>objection to data processing (in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 21 of the GDPR),<\/li>\n<li>lodging a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.<\/li>\n<li>The company will store your personal data for the period specified in the provisions of economic law, but not longer than 10 years from the last operation performed on your data contained in the company&#8217;s information resources. With regard to persons who have consented to the processing of contact details by the Company, they will be stored by us until the consent is revoked. Consent can be revoked:<\/li>\n<li>by correspondence &#8211; by sending a relevant statement to the following address: Nowy Dom Okna Sp. z o. o. \u2013 registered office: 64-800 Chodzie\u017c, ul. Siejaka 29,<\/li>\n<li>by electronic means &#8211; by sending a relevant statement to the following address: biuro@nowydom-okna.pl<\/li>\n<li>in person &#8211; at the headquarters of our Company.<\/li>\n<li>Your personal data may be made available to entities authorized under the law and subcontractors related to Nowy Dom Okna Sp. z o. o. contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data, e.g. law firms, IT companies, accounting and tax offices, service companies.<\/li>\n<li>The Company, as the Data Administrator, declares that it does not and does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organization.<\/li>\n<li>The Data Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted:<\/li>\n<li>by phone: (67) 282 79 24<\/li>\n<li>by e-mail: biuro@nowydom-okna.pl<\/li>\n<li>in person at the Company&#8217;s registered office &#8211;
